Delta BEC is seeking a Structural (Civil) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural modelling, design and project delivery across various projects, including steel-frame commercial and composite concrete structures.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Team Leader position, with increasing responsibility for project management, client relationships and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Model, design and review structural engineering solutions.
- Manage structural project deliverables, quality and deadlines.
- Coordinate project planning, budgets, resources and risk management.
- Engage with clients and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, reporting and financial performance.
- Contribute to project procedures and technical standards.
- 3–5 years' structural engineering experience.
- BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proficiency in Revit (
mandatory
). - Proficiency in Prokon structural design software.
- Proficiency in reinforcement detailing software, such as Sofistik, PADDS, Addobar or Probar.
- Experience with Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
