Wireless Network Engineer

• Design and implement robust wireless network solutions, including Wi-Fi, cellular (4G/5G), and other wireless technologies.
• Conduct site surveys, performance analysis, and capacity planning for wireless networks.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot wireless access points, controllers, and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and integrity of wireless networks through the implementation of appropriate security measures.
• Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network integration and deployment projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging wireless technologies and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for wireless network designs and configurations.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in wireless network engineering and design.
• Strong understanding of wireless protocols, standards (e.g., 802.11ac/ax, LTE, 5G ), and RF principles.
• Experience with wireless network management and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise-grade wireless solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus).
• Knowledge of network security principles related to wireless environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant wireless certifications (e.g., CWNP, CCNA Wireless) are a significant advantage.
