Finance Manager

Hire Resolve is a reputable Fin Tech Company currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Pretoria. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance.

• Manage and supervise the finance team
• Prepare and analyse financial reports
• Create and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• CA(SA) designation
• Proven management experience
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
