Financial Manager – Manufacturing​/Agriculture industry – Hermanstad

Hire Resolve’s client in the Manufacturing/Agriculture industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Financial Manager in Hermanstad, Pretoria.

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and maintain financial systems, policies, and controls.
• Prepare and present financial reports.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure regulatory compliance (SARS, CIPC).
• Lead the audit process and prepare financial statements.
• Support procurement and supplier engagements.
• Ensure BEE compliance.
• Lead and support the finance team.

• BCom Accounting degree.
• Completed articles (SAIPA/CA).
• 1+ year of post-articles experience.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Manufacturing/Agricultural sector experience.
• Inventory Management expertise.
• Staff management/leadership experience.
• Financial analysis & reporting skills.
• Budgeting & forecasting expertise.
• Risk management skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Own transport and willingness to work extended hours.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
