Acquisition Manager; SCM

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree or a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law, Economics, or Accounting.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in an SCM environment with 3 years at a supervisory level.

Must have knowledge of public sector supply chain management regulatory framework, such as the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, PFMA, PPPFA, related regulations and policy directives.

Must have knowledge of the Bid Committee system.

Must have knowledge of National Treasury (prescribed) reporting requirements.

Must have knowledge of the public sector strategic planning process.

Must have knowledge of contract management.

Must have knowledge of stakeholder management.

Must have Project Management and Negotiation skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
