Clinical Investigator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will conduct investigations, compile reports, and support committees in upholding professional standards across relevant sectors. This role involves travel to investigate cases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of professional practice or investigation experience (clinical or non-clinical).

• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the sector.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer relations skills.

• Investigate allegations of non-compliance or unprofessional conduct.
• Obtain and review relevant information and documents from individuals or institutions.
• Determine the need for precautionary measures to manage risks.
• Compile investigation reports, including case facts, issues, relevant rules, and recommendations.
• Conduct trend analyses of complaints and investigations.
• Identify areas for professional education and training improvements.
• Submit monthly and quarterly compliance reports.
• Assist in awareness program development and delivery.
• Prepare agenda items for committee meetings and provide clarification when required.
• Ensure resolutions to complaints are executed in a timely manner.
• Support the preparation of management and professional reports.
• Perform other duties as delegated by management.
