To provide reception services to the NRCS by attending to visitors and telephone calls and directing them to the correct employee or business unit

• Reception Duties
• General Administration

• Matric. Secretarial certificate/course added advantage
• 2 years in a receptionist role

Basic understanding of business processes;

Very good understanding the layout of the facility and employees who work inthat facility;
Good knowledge of electronic; switchboards;
Basic knowledge ofMS Word.

• Communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently with little instruction
• Self-confident
