Theatre Scrub Nurse; Orthopaedic | East

A well-established Specialist Orthopaedic Surgical Practice in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced and skilled Theatre Scrub Nurse to join their team as soon as possible.

This position suits a confident and detail-oriented nurse with orthopaedic theatre experience who values precision, professionalism, and high surgical standards within a specialist practice.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 07:00 – end of list (usually between 16:00-18:00)
Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Active SANC registration
• 2-5 years experience in Orthopaedic theatre scrubbing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be willing to work full-time in Pretoria East
• Reliable transport

• BCur Nursing Degree preferred (experienced/suitably qualified candidates will also be considered)
• Experience in a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgical Practice

• Advanced orthopaedic theatre scrubbing expertise
• Thorough knowledge of sterile technique and theatre protocols
• Strong attention to detail and clinical precision
• Professional and confident in theatre and team-based settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to type quickly and accurately using both hands
• Strong organisational and administrative ability
