To evaluate and enhance clients’ and their families’ experience to improve health outcomes whilst building the brand of Mediclinic.

• Coordinate clients’ experience using client experience data to facilitate improvement initiatives
• Manage client compliments & complaints to ensure service improvement
• Assist with marketing and communication campaign initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
• Assist with & coordinate events that achieve the event goal and result in a successful and well-organised experience
• Provide relevant office administration functions

EDUCATION:

Tertiary Education

DESIRED

EDUCATION:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human sciences (Majors in Communication, Nursing, Social Work, or Psychology)

ESSENTIAL

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

2 years’ experience in service-oriented and human sciences environment/operations

DESIRED

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in the healthcare and service industry

• Relevant Client Experience policies and procedures
• Competent in the utilisation and application of all client experience-related administration and survey systems
• Budget and cost control principles
• Relevant computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and application of Mediclinic Marketing Strategies, Policies and Procedures
