This is a full-time, on-site Reservationist position at our Pretoria location.

• Manage guest reservations, handle phone inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the front office team, assist with receptionist duties, and ensure a seamless booking experience for all guests.

• Proficiency in managing reservations and scheduling systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Experience with receptionist duties and front office operations.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant reservation and booking software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
