A telecom services provider in Pretoria is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications services across South Africa. This role requires effective management of vendor relationships and ensuring quality service delivery to clients. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years' experience in service delivery or vendor management within the telecoms industry and possess strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and ITIL certification is preferred.
