Technical Lead – As the Technical Lead, you'll own the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of projects from concept to completion.

This senior, hands‑on leadership role guides a multidisciplinary team across front‑end, back‑end, and Dev Ops domains.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the evolution of the company’s technology stack, integrating emerging tools such as blockchain and AI, and ensuring that all solutions are secure, scalable, and high‑performing.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary development team.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using React and Laravel.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle and ensure technical excellence at every stage.
• Translate business and client requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Drive adherence to coding standards, documentation, and version control best practices.
• Implement best practices in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, performance optimisation, and security.
• Conduct architecture reviews and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
• Manage technical delivery schedules, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Lead technical recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing skills‑development initiatives.

• 8 to 10 years of professional development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise‑level web or mobile applications.
• Strong technical background across PHP, Laravel, Type Script, React, and hands‑on experience with AWS, Docker, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of performance tuning, application security, and Dev Ops principles.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passionate about mentorship, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Exposure to blockchain, Web3, or Rust.
• AWS certification.
