ERP Technical Support Role in Pretoria East

This position is available for an experienced ERP Technical Support Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Treasury Management Systems and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.

Evaluate, develop, and maintain process documentation to ensure user guides, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures are up-to-date.

Escalate complex queries to subject matter experts as needed to ensure accurate problem resolution.

Prioritize continuous system testing, validation, and quality assurance to guarantee accurate functionality and data integrity.

The successful applicant will work closely with clients to ensure seamless usage and output of the system.

Additionally, they will provide technical support to end-users by addressing Treasury Management System (TMS) issues and optimizing system performance.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who can effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
