• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing and deployment of advanced RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  .
• Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for scalable automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into robust automation solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior/intermediate RPA developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Maintain, monitor and optimise RPA bots to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with SARS governance, cybersecurity and data privacy policies.
• Document solutions, develop training materials and provide expert support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the RPA Centre of Excellence

• Influence strategic automation decisions and propose innovations that improve efficiency, accuracy and business outcomes.

• Relevant bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or related).
• 7 years software development experience including 5 years in RPA development
  .
• Microsoft Certified:
  Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform:
  Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents
  .
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Framework, VBScript, Java Script .
• Strong understanding of process analysis, business analysis and scalable automation design.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into automation solutions is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
