Product Information Services and features to document defects, identify their root causes for shop-floor and quality management employees for parts in all typesof plants. Functions are located in the STARD SAP template and are going to be re-implemented and improved during the creation of STARD's successor templatePROTON. For the upcoming five years, the product team is mainly part of the PKT
2025 strategic initiative. Claims initiated by our production network 2 (PNW
2) partners have been implemented in the OrCAn application.

• Assisting with the business case.
• Planning and monitoring.
• Requirements organisation.
• Translating and simplifying requirements.
• Requirements management and communication.
• Requirements analysis.
• Document requirements in appropriate format depending on methodology followed.
• Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements.
• Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards).
• Meet with end users and gather requirements.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups.

• Understanding of WM/QM processes in SAP.
• Configuration of SAP WM/QM module.
• Preparation of Master Data templates for various QM related objects.
• Integration testing with other related SAP WM modules.
• Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support.
• Executing the required changes through configuration.
• Interact with consultants of other modules.

• SAP QM Module Configuration.
• Analyse and solve SAP QM Module issues.
• Update and maintain SAP Module functional documentation.
• Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles.
• Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests.
