Websphere Specialist

We're hiring a Web Sphere Application Server (WAS) Middleware Specialist for one of our major global technology partners. This role will focus on supporting and maintaining enterprise middleware platforms, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical business applications.

• Administer and support IBM Web Sphere Application Server (WAS) and IBM HTTP Server (IHS)
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise applications
• Perform WAS upgrades, migrations, and patch management
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and middleware security
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Support Linux, AIX, and Windows server environments
• Contribute to automation and CI/CD initiatives using Jenkins, Ansible, and Git

• 5+ years of middleware support experience in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Web Sphere Application Server (WAS)
• Experience administering IBM HTTP Server (IHS)
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management
• Experience with Linux, AIX, and Windows platforms
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure Dev Ops
• IBM Data Power
• Dynatrace and Grafana monitoring tools
