Salary Package

• R - R per annum with benefits

• Grade 12 plus IT diploma with 2 years experience or any IT qualifications with 4 years’ IT experience. Certification in MCITP/ A+ and N+ / Networking+ / Security+ / Mobility, CCNA or equivalent network switching certification / Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Endpoint Administrator Associate will be an added advantage. Valid driver’s license is compulsory. Other skills/requirements:
  Knowledge and experience in desktop, LAN and WAN support. Experience in supporting business applications and Microsoft packages. Knowledge and experience in Health Information System support. Ability to work under pressure, client orientation and customer focus. Good problem‑solving and analytical skills. Good communication and planning skills.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the continuous functioning of the LAN and WAN, resolving LAN and WAN connectivity issues, providing technical support and maintaining desktop and other hardware for all users in the department. Support business applications that are deployed at our facilities. Deploy and support a VOIP telephone system. Perform network troubleshooting and support. Install computer hardware and software and configure network devices in the department and supported facilities.
  
  Provide support to transversal systems such as BAS, SAP and PERSAL.
