We are looking for a technically minded Technical AI Business Analyst to join Haibot's Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI delivery team.
The role will bridge business requirements and technical AI/automation solutions, working with business and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements and deliver practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct discovery and requirements workshops with business teams
- Identify and assess Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI use cases
- Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Present solutions to stakeholders and obtain sign-off
- Collaborate with developers and the wider Haibot team throughout delivery
- Engage with CIO-level and senior stakeholders on business and technology priorities
- Support testing, user acceptance, solution walkthroughs and stakeholder sign-off
- Develop training materials and support user training
- Identify opportunities to optimise and improve solutions
Experience with:
- Intelligent Automation and RPA tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
- Agentic AI and LLM concepts, including Lang Chain, Lang Graph, OpenAI, Claude and RAG
- Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI and Dataverse
- SQL and data/process analysis
- Process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, Jira and Confluence
- BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering is mandatory
- 2–3 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience delivering at least one successful Agentic AI or Intelligent Automation project
- Practical experience in RPA, Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI and automation solutions
- Experience with process mapping and current-state/future-state documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence working independently with C-suite and CIO-level stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams
- Experience with in the motor industry, manufacturing or a large enterprise environment
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform or other low-code platforms
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience
- Relevant certifications such as PL-900, AI-900 or UiPath certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Commercially minded with a focus on measurable business outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative approach when working with technical teams
- Curious and willing to stay up to date with emerging AI and automation technologies
