In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing complex sports data to provide actionable insights for performance improvement, strategy development, and fan engagement. • Collect, clean, and process large datasets related to player performance, team statistics, and game analytics.
• Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate complex data findings to coaches, management, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct predictive analysis to forecast game outcomes and player performance.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to translate data insights into practical strategies for performance enhancement.
• Stay current with advancements in sports analytics and data science methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis , preferably within the sports industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and database querying (SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
