About the job Business Process Analyst (SAP)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Analyst with expertise in SAP Banking Modules, specifically BCA (Banking Current Accounts) & CML (Collateral Management). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, a solid understanding of banking operations, and a keen eye for process optimization. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Bcom Accounting Degree are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Analyze current banking processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.
- SAP Expertise:
- Provide expertise on SAP Banking Modules, especially BCA & CML.
- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Banking Modules.
- Project Management:
- Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Training & Documentation:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Create comprehensive documentation on processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Support users by providing guidance and resolving queries related to SAP Banking Modules.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SAP Banking Modules.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Minimum of a Bcom Accounting Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP Banking Modules, especially BCA & CML.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
