Job Advert Summary
The primary purpose of a Project Manager is to ensure that the project is successfully delivered in line with defined objectives, within scope, on time, and within budget, while meeting quality and governance requirements.

Qualifications:- National Diploma in Project/Programme Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Project/Programme Management will be an added advantage.
- 10 Years’ experience in Project Management
- 10-15 Years’ experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Manage the project budget to deliver the milestones in accordance with the approved budget
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Monitor expenditure and control costs
- Ensure financial accountability and value for money
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Identify resource requirements and project dependencies
- Identify key stakeholders and define engagement strategies
- Communicate regularly on project progress and challenges
- Manage expectations and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Clearly define and control project scope
- Manage scope changes through formal change control processes
- Prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with original objectives
- Manage service providers’ performance
- Ensure contractual obligations are met
- Develop and maintain project timelines
- Track progress against milestones and deadlines
- Take corrective action to address delays
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
- Report to governance structures (e.g. Project team and Steercom)
- Identify, assess, and document project risks
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Actively manage and resolve issues as they arise
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Assign tasks and monitor performance
- Foster collaboration and accountability
- Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards
- Perform reviews and validations
- Track project performance using KPIs and metrics
- Prepare status reports for management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and change management
