Junior Paid Media Specialist

• Launch and Manage:
  Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In and Tik Tok, handling audience targeting, bidding, budgeting and scheduling.
• Test and Optimise:
  Run A/B tests on creative, copy and targeting, and use what the data tells you to make the next campaign better than the last.
• Track What Matters:
  Keep UTM links, GA4 and CRM tracking clean, so every rand of spend can be traced back to a result.
• Team Up:
  Partner with the B2B and B2C marketing teams to keep paid activity aligned with the bigger campaign picture.

• Matric, essential. A degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field is a bonus, not a requirement.
• 1-3 years' working experience, with hands‑on exposure to at least one ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Ads or Linked In Ads).
• Exposure to a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• CRM experience (Hub Spot, Salesforce or similar).
• Comfort with Canva, Adobe Suite, or AI-assisted tools like Claude or Click Up Brain.
• Experience running campaigns across two or more ad platforms.

You'll learn paid media from the inside, on real budgets and real campaigns for both Wamly and Wamly Talent, with a specialist mentoring you as you build the skills to grow into the role.
