As a Junior Industrial Engineer in Optix’s Enterprise Systems team, you will blend business analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, and enterprise system support. A key focus will be supporting and improving our Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and systems, alongside Salesforce and Net Suite.
Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify pain points, particularly around quoting and order-to-cash processes.
- Support user adoption and training during new implementations and process changes.
- Assist in Salesforce configuration, solutioning, and troubleshooting.
- Play a key role in CPQ system support and improvement, ensuring quoting processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
- Provide support to the Net Suite administrator as required.
- Collaborate with system specialists to test and validate enhancements.
- Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field - 0–2 years’ experience in business systems, enterprise systems, or process improvement (internships or academic projects welcome)
