Job Title
Service Co-Ordinator

Qualification- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Diploma in Logistics will be an added advantage
- 3 years experience in a service and store related environment
- Administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Issuing out all installation and withdrawals tickets on a daily basis
- Supervise loading and offloading of vehicles
- Liaising with customers telephonically to schedule installation service (deep clean, Pest and Hygiene etc)
- Planning around and booking vehicles for services
- Managing fuel cards
- Checking stock back from returns
- Managing installation and maintenance teams
- Updating routing of clients when changes are required
- Checking services closed on the system vs OPSI
- Liaising and/or supplying service schedules to customers
- Assist with monthly stock takes
- Attend weekly SM meeting
