Maintenance Manager; Estate

Our client in the Estate Industry is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager.

• Must have good knowledge and experience on maintenance work (the person will do the work himself) - he must be able to do basic electrical, plumbing, building, general maintenance, garden tools maintenance etc.
• Must also have good knowledge on maintenance equipment and purchasing of maintenance items.
• Must be able to do roof work (2nd floor) therefore not be afraid of heights.
• Must have good knowledge and experience on garden maintenance, plants, insects, etc and good relationship with staff as this person will supervise garden staff.
• Must have a PDP drivers' licence with a good track record on driving, must also have experience driving elderly to the malls as well as good people's communication / people's person.
• Must have a good reference on work attendance.
• Must attend to emergencies over weekends, holidays, evening etc. or if there is an emergency just before going home he will have to attend to this.
• Must also be computer literate, word, excel, emails, internet, etc.
• Must have good communication skills and know how to communicate with the elderly.
