NOTE:

This is a full time international opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Director to join a leading listed food & beverage manufacturing and distribution group headquartered in Saint Lucia. This is a senior leadership role offering a tax-free package, full relocation support, and housing provided.

• Lead and oversee the group's financial strategy, planning, and reporting across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and Executive Committee to support decision-making and long-term growth.
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management across the group.
• Implement and strengthen controls, systems, and governance processes.
• Drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable shareholder value.

• CA (SA) fully qualified.
• Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven track record within manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution sectors (preferably listed environments).
• Strong technical expertise in IFRS, corporate governance, and financial controls.
• Commercially astute with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to relocate full‑time to Saint Lucia.
