CICU Unit Manager – Pretoria Area
A leading private hospital in Pretoria is seeking a dynamic CICU Unit Manager to oversee clinical governance, patient safety, and quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safe, cost-effective patient care aligned with clinical governance standards
- Drive quality improvement, risk management, and infection control initiatives
- Manage departmental costs, billing, and stock control
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and wellbeing
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across clinical and support teams
- Registered Nurse with SANC and relevant nursing qualification (
Diploma/B Cur or equivalent NQF 7) - 2 years Proven clinical leadership experience, preferably in a private hospital setting
- Strong financial acumen and intermediate computer proficiency
- Management qualification advantageous
