Key Responsibilities Quality Management Systems
Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance frameworks, standards, and processes.
Maintain and improve quality management systems for training and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Monitor risks, compliance requirements, and corrective actions related to quality assurance.
Review, approve, and evaluate training programmes and learning materials.
Oversee the updating and quality assurance of training content and teaching tools.
Coordinate subject matter experts to ensure training material remains accurate, relevant, and current.
Establish documentation standards for all learning materials and products.
Ensure consistent quality standards across all training sections and programmes.
Manage quality assurance processes for online learning platforms and e-learning programmes.
Ensure online courses meet quality, accessibility, and learner experience standards.
Monitor the effectiveness of digital learning delivery and recommend improvements.
Support the quality assurance of structured online learning programmes.
Analyse internal and external quality assurance reports.
Prepare quality performance reports, compliance reports, and improvement recommendations.
Monitor implementation of corrective actions and report on progress.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support organisational excellence through quality-focused initiatives.
Participate in client monitoring and quality assurance activities.
Identify stakeholder expectations and develop quality action plans.
Liaise with managers and supervisors regarding quality issues, operational improvements, and training needs.
Provide feedback on training, coaching, and development requirements.
Identify employee and departmental training needs.
Support the development and administration of structured training programmes.
Coordinate national drafters, moderators, and subject matter experts where required.
Assist with external training budget planning and quality-related resource requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance team.
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality management environment.
At least 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience with in an education, training, professional development, or learning environment.
Experience in quality control, customer relationship management, or training quality assurance will be advantageous.
Exposure to learner management systems and e-learning platforms will be beneficial.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Understanding of training quality standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Strong organisational and documentation management skills.
Leadership, coaching, and team development capability.
