To support results-based management through data collection, monitoring, and reporting assistance, the role contributes to improved programme performance, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making.
Responsibilities- Assist in collecting and organizing programme performance data
- Maintain indicators, tracking tools, and monitoring databases
- Support field data collection and validation exercises
- Assist in drafting progress reports and results summaries
- Contribute to lessons learned documentation
- Familiarity with results-based management concepts
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 24-month renewable position with possibility of extension
- Consultancy or individual contractor arrangement
