• Develop and deploy cheminformatics models for compound property prediction, virtual screening, and lead optimization.
• Design and implement databases and workflows for managing large-scale chemical and biological data.
• Collaborate with chemists and biologists to integrate computational insights into experimental design.
• Analyze complex datasets using machine learning and statistical techniques.
• Develop and maintain cheminformatics software tools and libraries.
• Contribute to the scientific literature and present findings at relevant conferences.

• Ph.D. in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cheminformatics or computational chemistry.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with scientific libraries (e.g., RDKit, Sci Py).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and their application to chemical data.
• Knowledge of chemical databases, structure-activity relationships (SAR), and property prediction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain complex computational concepts to non-experts.
