Sales Representative

Evaluate and promote better services to customers where required.

Control and monitoring of the company's Fixtures.

Monitoring of stores' monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets.

Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Line Manager.

Ensure that all listed products are ordered and displayed in applicable stores.

Responsible for ordering and follow-up of all Seasonal and Everyday stock.

Evaluate and analyze allocated stores' monthly sales and growth in accordance with the company's monthly targets.

Implement store disciplines as stipulated in Company's Show file.

Adhere to and implement company procedures as stipulated in the company's Procedure manual.

Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to as outlined by the Line Manager.

Assist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required.

Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required.

Advise line manager of concerns relating to operational issues and general correspondence.

Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning, and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems— all in conjunction with the Line manager.

Ensure that staff adheres to all company procedures and requirements as specified in the company's Sales procedure manual and Show file.
