Our Hazelwood store is no different and we’re looking for a Store Manager who can lead from the front and bring that experience to life, every single day.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for running the store end-to-end from driving sales and building a strong team, to creating an environment that feels unmistakably Sealand.

• Drive sales, profitability, and daily performance
• Analyse trends and take action to improve results
• Lead from the floor — not the back office

• Deliver a premium, on-brand experience every time
• Handle customer queries, returns, and repairs

• Manage rosters, performance, and day-to-day team dynamics

• Oversee stock control, replenishment, and stock takes
• Maintain strong store standards and visual merchandising
• Ensure smooth daily operations and reporting Brand & Culture
  • Bring the Sealand brand to life in-store

  WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3–5 years retail experience
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Store Manager)
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and problem-solver
  • A genuine connection to people, product, and purpose
