• Assist customers on the shop floor and provide a strong in-store experience
• Support customers with product knowledge, sizing, styling, and availability
• Drive sales through confident customer engagement and service
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Process purchases, exchanges, and customer queries professionally
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and stockroom organisation
• Keep up to date with Hydraulics brands, products, and trends
• Support daily store operations and team responsibilities
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Work towards store sales targets and service expectations

• 1-2 years of experience in clothing retail
• Passionate about high-end fashion and current trends
• Excellent communicator
• Passionate about customer service and customer relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
