-End décor/textile/fabric, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware, defined by elegance, and serving both local and international markets with refined, design-led interior solutions.

• National Senior Certificate
• 3–5 years of retail sales & store leadership experience.
• High integrity with cash handling & store finances.
• Passion for interior decor & homeware.
• Proficient with POS systems & stock-take management.

• Drive Sales):
  Hit monthly targets, motivate the team, upsell retail clients, and cross-sell to trade clients.
• Operations:
  Enforce policies, OHSA compliance, and manage beautiful visual merchandising via our Style Guide.
• Customer Service:
  Deliver premium service, resolve queries fast, and manage client profiles.
• Stock & Finance:
  Maintain inventory data integrity, execute stock takes, handle daily cash-ups, and sign off RMS admin.
