About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead their flagship store operations in Pretoria . This role is central to driving sales performance, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, controlling inventory, merchandising, and upholding brand standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, possesses strong leadership qualities, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and achieving ambitious sales targets for the team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective in-store sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service is provided by all team members.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Maintain store appearance and product presentation to the highest standards of the brand in Pretoria .
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Retail Management , with a strong focus on sales leadership.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage a retail team effectively.
