We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supermarket Merchandiser to ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and attractively presented in-store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining shelf standards, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring excellent product visibility to maximize sales.

• Stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
• Rotate stock and remove expired or damaged products.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized shelves and display areas.
• Assist with promotional displays and product launches.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff.
• Provide feedback on customer purchasing trends and competitor activities.

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience will be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move stock.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
