- The candidate must have 5 years experience in Retail Sales
- 3 years of the total 5 yrs experience in a leadership /supervision role .
- Personality orofile: proactive-, self-driven
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite):
Excel literate
Managing the operations daily, in combination with customer care: existing and new customers Advertising, sales promotion, display plans and merchandising Analysing profit & loss statements Staff supervision and performance reviews (ongoing training initiatives) Legal compliance to all policies and protocols Working in collaboration with HR , ensure Health and safery standards Excellent customer service internal and external Financial managment area: cost minimise, control expenditure against budget
