Our client is seeking a highly organized and analytical Retail Operations Specialist to support their expanding retail network in Pretoria . This role is vital for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of daily operations across all store locations. You will focus on optimizing processes, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail logistics, inventory management, and staff coordination, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the business in Pretoria .
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance store efficiency.
- Analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement in sales, operations, and customer service.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to stores.
- Manage store staffing schedules and operational budgets in collaboration with store managers.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations across all retail outlets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or store management.
