Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Sales Consultant for our client in Pretoria. The Commercial Sales Consultant will focus on both personal and commercial lines, leveraging these relationships to drive sales, offering bank-approved coverage for homes, commercial properties, and other key insurance needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have recently purchased properties, with the objective of generating quotes and closing sales.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing leads and following up on inquiries.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of:
• Commercial Insurance for Properties Purchased by Businesses but Used for Residential Purposes
• Commercial Insurance for Properties Purchased by Businesses (Used for Business Purposes)
• Commercial Insurance for Properties Purchased by Trusts
• Sectional Title Insurance
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a constant basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.
• Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities, while learning to utilize AI technology and tools to support sales activities and client engagement.

Minimum Required Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Sales in a Call Centre environment.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Grade 12
• RE5
• FAIS qualification
