Job PurposeOur client is seeking an ambitious and confident Graduate who is eager to build a successful career in Business Development within the manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity to receive hands‑on training and mentorship while working towards becoming a Business Development Executive. You will gain practical experience in client relationships, new business development, sales strategy and commercial negotiations.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or related qualification essential.’
- Recently graduated or up to 2 years’ experience.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle essential.
- Fluent communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised, confident and eager to learn.
- Ambitious with a strong desire to develop a career in Business Development.
- Assist with identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with quotations, proposals and client presentations.
- Support the Business Development team with sales activities.
- Attend client meetings and gain exposure to business development.
- Learn the company’s products, services and manufacturing processes.
