About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow their sales operations in the Pretoria region. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing territory-specific sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performance sales culture, building strong relationships with key partners, and driving market penetration across Gauteng.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the assigned territory to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners in the Pretoria area.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize sales performance and profitability.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in managing sales territories and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
