We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves building high-value relationships and driving revenue growth across Africa. You will work on-site in Pretoria, collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify and secure institutional and corporate accounts.
Key responsibilities- Proactively source, qualify, and close high-value institutional and corporate accounts across Africa.
- Build scalable sales pipelines and achieve new sales and earned revenue targets.
- Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across assigned clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support market expansion and revenue growth.
- Effectively define client business problems and translate them into commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of client proposals.
- Proven business development and sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong client acquisition and new business development capability.
- Experience managing high-value institutional and corporate accounts.
- Strong account management and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and proposal-development skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Experience in African markets.
- Strong strategic planning and account-planning capabilities.
