WE’RE HIRING | JUNIOR SALES ASSISTANT
Giftwrap is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, ambitious and customer-focused Junior Sales Assistant to join our team in Pretoria.

Must be able to start immediately
What you’ll be doing :- Assisting customers with enquiries and product requirements
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders and follow-ups
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Following up on leads and potential sales opportunities
- Learning our extensive corporate gifting and promotional product range
- Providing excellent customer service from enquiry through to delivery
- Assisting the team in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Computer literate and comfortable using email and Microsoft Office
- A strong willingness to learn and grow
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Experience in corporate gifting or promotional products
- E-commerce or online sales experience
- CRM experience
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Afrikaans communication skills
