We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Representative to join a professional team within the sheet metal industry. Both Junior and Senior candidates will be considered. Training will be provided to the successful Junior candidate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Matric with Mathematics and EGD
- Previous sales experience advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Confident, outgoing and professional personality
- Strong follow‑up and customer service skills
- Own transport preferred
- Respond to and convert inbound sales enquiries
- Qualify leads and follow up on quotations
- Interpret technical drawings and assist with RFQs
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations
- Process orders accurately
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on proposals and quotations
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Liaise with clients and internal production teams
- Assist with resolving technical and production queries
- Drive repeat business and client retention
