We’ve got a position available for an outbound client care consultant - value added products

Purpose of the position:

Providing superior service to internal and external clients. Selling value added products in order to retain existing clients and attract new business for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Upselling a variety of products to existing clients
• Maintaining quality standards in line with King Price’s values
• Assisting with client queries and updates

Requirements:

• Matric or matric equivalent (essential)
• RE5 (essential)
• Full FAIS Qualification (advantageous)
• Previous call centre experience, preferably in client care and/or sales environments (essential)
• Excellent product knowledge
