Our client a well-established manufacturing company is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Rosslyn. This role is ideally suited to an energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships and contributing to business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales activities, assisting customers, identifying opportunities and helping to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients

Assist with sales enquiries and provide product information and support

Identify opportunities to generate additional sales and business growth

Follow up on quotations, enquiries and customer requests

Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives

Maintain accurate customer records and sales information

Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order processing

Monitor customer requirements and communicate relevant feedback to management

Assist with implementing sales and promotional initiatives

Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity

Promote the company's products and services in a professional manner

Contribute to a positive and team-orientated working environment



Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

Previous sales, customer service or retail experience advantageous but not essential

School leavers with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn will be considered

Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Comfortable interacting with customers both telephonically and in person

Computer literate

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
