About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing matchmaking company focused on find the perfect person for their clients.
Job Description:We are looking for a charismatic Sales Specialist to build up the client pipeline and close deals with customers. This role requires strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
You will collaborate closely with the director of operations, but be responsible for closing on your own deals.
Responsibilities of the role:- Prospecting and lead generation (via Linked In, Facebook, etc.).
- Build up and maintain the client pipeline.
- Qualify and close package deals with prospects.
- Outbound sales and closing experience.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally.
- CRM navigation and upkeep.

- Proactive and self-motivated.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Monday to Friday
9 AM to 5 PM EST
Salary and Benefits :- Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
