A well-established organisation is looking for an experienced External Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts and drive sales growth within the assigned market.
Minimum requirements- Matric (Grade 12).
- 3-5 years' external sales experience; cleaning industry advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and GP targets.
- Strong pricing, negotiation and closing skills.
- CRM experience.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Computer literate, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication, administration and customer relationship skills.
- Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Meet monthly sales and GP targets.
- Manage customer pricing, quotations and sales follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide product training and assist with customer queries and complaints.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
