Wellness Supervisor

The Employee Wellness Service Provider seeks a highly skilled Employee Wellness Supervisor to oversee the delivery, coordination, and quality assurance of Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) services across client organisations. The successful candidate will ensure professional standards, effective case management, and strong stakeholder engagement in line with contractual obligations and wellness best practice.

• Provide supervisory oversight to wellness consultants, counsellors, and case managers.
• Ensure high quality delivery of counselling, psychosocial support, assessments, and referrals.
• Monitor utilisation trends, case progress, and intervention outcomes across client sites.
• Support managers and supervisors with guidance on wellness related performance concerns.
• Coordinate wellness campaigns, training sessions, and preventative programmes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legislative requirements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly wellness reports for client organisations.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with HR, unions, management, and service partners.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance standards.
• Lead return to work and reasonable accommodation processes where required.
• Provide professional supervision, coaching, and development for wellness practitioners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
