Senior ServiceNow Developer (TTD

We're looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to help drive innovation within a world-class IT environment. You'll work on cutting-edge governance, risk, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives that support thousands of users across an international business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and enhancing custom applications on the Service Now platform
• Designing scalable solutions that solve real business challenges
• Modernising and streamlining existing code, APIs and integrations
• Integrating Service Now with SAP and other enterprise platforms
• Developing new functionality using modern Service Now capabilities
• Supporting and improving Service Now service structures
• Creating technical documentation, user guides and operational manuals
• Collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders across global teams
• Contributing ideas that improve processes, governance and overall platform performance

• Service Now Risk & Compliance implementations
• SAP OData
• SAP Reporting
• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Datasphere
• Power BI
• Agile or SAFe environments
• ITIL V4
• German language skills
• Technical governance experience
• Process optimisation and continuous improvement

You don't need to tick every single box, but ideally you'll have:

• A qualification in Information Technology or a related field
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• At least 5 years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
• Experience working with international teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving problems
